Anyone over 40 years is welcome to join. We have this minimum age because this is the group who we feel will benefit the most. We are based in Camden and we have members from across London & South East. We are open 10am-4pm on weekdays.Tuesdays: Men only. Fridays: Men & Women. We will notify members in advance any time the workshop is closed, by email.
